Cancellations/refunds will only be accepted prior to receipt of shipment.
If after 8 weeks, you've yet to see any movement with your order, or haven't received it, contact Jessie below and someone from her team will do what they can to assist.
Please note that Jessie is not responsible for any items/orders lost or damaged in transit. All items are insured through USPS, so in the event a book of yours is missing from your order or arrives damaged , you may file a claim with USPS for a refund. To get a replacement, you'll have to reorder.
