Cancellations/Refunds
Signed book orders can be cancelled for full refund any time prior to receipt of your shipping email.
international orders
At this time, all non-US orders must go through a Google form. Invoices will be sent out manually via PayPal every 1-2 weeks. Shipping rates vary. We will get the best deal we can find (preferably through USPS), but please know you are in no way obligated to pay invoice should you change your mind. If invoices aren’t paid within 72hrs, the order will be canceled.
International customers may be responsible for tax or duties upon receiving their order.
black friday discount coupon
If you have the "Black Friday 25% Off Discount Coupon" you'd like to use, you'll need to order via a Google Form. You will be invoiced via PayPal.
never received order
Please note: signed book orders can take anywhere from 2-6+ weeks to ship when inventory is stocked. 6-8 weeks when books are on back-order (i.e. new releases, out of stock). Orders with no personalization requested will ship faster than orders where specific names/quotes are requested.
If you do not have your order after 8 weeks since date of payment, without any communication from author, please let us know. If it’s not an issue on our end, but lost in transit, we’ll refer you to USPS where you can make a claim.
Order Arrived Damaged
Jessie is not responsible for any books that arrive damaged. All packages are insured up to $100 with USPS. So you may file a claim directly with them to get your money back. To get a replacement, you’ll have to reorder from the store.
Bookplate Orders
Bookplates, as well as swag packs (ie what is provided FREE with book orders) are available once more to purchase. They are shipped as a package at same flat rate as book orders. Tracking is provided.
